( Stuffed meat Tau-Fu Pok/ Eggplants )

Ingredients:

* Minced meat / Pork, Chicken

* Any kinds of Tau Fu, Eggplants, Peria, Chilli.. etc

* Mushrooms chopped

* Garlic few gloves

* Sauce - Oyster sauce, sweet black soya sauce, cornstarch, water

* Seasoning - Salt, White pepper, spring onions

!Polpette!

Polpette means 'Meatballs'.... Was making Polpette the other day, with Chinese Egg Noodles... Normally the Italians will go with Fresh Pasta or any other kind of Pasta.. And it is also fine to eat just the Polpette.

Ingredients:

* Minced Pork or Beef (But this time I am using Pork)

* Egg

* Bread crumbs

* Pamersan Cheese

* Extra Virgin Olive Oil

* Tomato paste

* Garlic

* Parsley

* Pasta or Noodles

* Seasoning -Salt, Black Pepper

- Mushrooms
- Seasoning -salt, white pepper, oyster sauce, dark sweet soya sauce

Mini tube pasta with Tuna (cold dish)

Ingredients:
- Short mini tube pasta
- Cherry tomatoes
- Tuna in can
- Seasoning -salt,black pepper, extra virgin oil olive, mayonaise

Japanese mushroom

Ingredients:
- Japanese mushroom ( straw mushroom )
- Garlic
- slices of butter

Hot shrimps Soup

Ingredients:
- Shrimps
- Onions
- Sambal belacan
- Tomato paste
- Seasoning -salt, black pepper
