! .. Something Good!

Got my 1st Bialetti cookware the other day and cant wait to use it... Marce told me this brand of cookware is so famous and popular internationally, im kinda proud and happy to have it... another 2 type that I am aiming to put in my kitchen :)

So I cooked Chicken Curry.. same version like the previous post.. but I guess it taste a lil bit different, I dunno whether I put extra ingredients or the cookware.. HAha.. must be the cookware..
the Taste is SO damn good! Stupendo!

!Not Much Different!

Yeah. I know I have not been update this blog. Cooking wise, not much different than my previous post, just a slightly one. Food Outside, hmmm mostly I ate almost the same shop & food :D Just here's a lil bit fotos.

Had this Curry Squid recently at the Hilltop shop. As always, yummy... I like it cos not so spicy :D and the gravy... hmmm slurp slurp!

!Limoncello!


Limoncello is an Italian lemon liqueur mainly produced in Southern Italy, mainly in the region around the Gulf of Naples, the Sorrentine Peninsula and the coast of Amalfi and islands of Procida,Ischiaand Capri, but also in Sicily, Sardinia, Menton inFrance and the Maltese island of Gozo. It is made fromlemonrinds (traditionally from the Sorrento lemon, though most lemons will produce satisfactory limoncello), alcohol, water, and sugar. It is bright yellow in color, sweet and lemony, but not sour since it contains no lemon juice.

!Polpette!

Polpette means 'Meatballs'.... Was making Polpette the other day, with Chinese Egg Noodles... Normally the Italians will go with Fresh Pasta or any other kind of Pasta.. And it is also fine to eat just the Polpette.

Ingredients:
* Minced Pork or Beef (But this time I am using Pork)
* Egg
* Bread crumbs
* Pamersan Cheese
* Extra Virgin Olive Oil
* Tomato paste
* Garlic
* Parsley
* Pasta or Noodles
* Seasoning -Salt, Black Pepper

Mini tube pasta with Tuna (cold dish)
Ingredients:
- Short mini tube pasta
- Cherry tomatoes
- Tuna in can
- Seasoning -salt,black pepper, extra virgin oil olive, mayonaise

Japanese mushroom
Ingredients:
- Japanese mushroom ( straw mushroom )
- Garlic
- slices of butter
Hot shrimps Soup
Ingredients:
- Shrimps
- Onions
- Sambal belacan
- Tomato paste
- Seasoning -salt, black pepper
